Norman
D. Beauchamp was admitted to the State Bar of
Michigan in 1964, after graduating magna cum
laude from the University of Detroit, J.D. He
holds both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees
in Business Administration from the University
of Michigan. Mr. Beauchamp has been a member
of the St. Clair County Bar Association since
1964 and its President in 1977. |

as a Member of the Board of Trustees and
Chairman of the Board for St. Clair
Community College.
- Served
as Director and President of the Michigan
Community College Association. Received
the Distinguished Service Award in 1974
and 1980.
- Received
the 1994 Leadership Award from the Michigan
Hospital Association.
- Served
as a Trustee and Chairman of the Board for
Port Huron Hospital.

on Oil and Gas Law and Free Market Economy
and Privatization at the Moscow State
University, the University of Kazakhstan,
Almaty, Kazakhstan and the University
of Turkistan.

"A Small United State's Company Viewpoint

Aspects of Doing Oil and Gas Business
in Kazakhstan" at the 1993 Almaty Conference
on Kazakhstan Economic Development.
