Norman D. Beauchamp was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1964, after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Detroit, J.D. He holds both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration  from the University of Michigan. Mr. Beauchamp has been a member of the St. Clair County Bar Association since 1964 and its President in 1977. 

Business Law and Organization Expertise

  • Served as a Member of the Board of Trustees and  Chairman of the Board for  St. Clair Community College. 
  • Served as Director and President of the Michigan Community College Association. Received the Distinguished Service Award in 1974 and 1980.
  • Received the 1994 Leadership Award from the Michigan Hospital Association.
  • Served as a Trustee and Chairman of the Board for Port Huron Hospital.

Oil & Gas Law and International Law Expertise

  • Lecturer on Oil and Gas Law and Free Market Economy and Privatization at the Moscow State University, the University of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Kazakhstan and the University of Turkistan. 

  • Presented, "A Small United State's Company Viewpoint on the Legal, Tax, Practical and Social Aspects of Doing Oil and Gas Business in Kazakhstan" at the 1993 Almaty Conference on Kazakhstan Economic Development.

  • Wrote "The Rewards of International Relationships" for the Spring 1995 edition of American Community College Trustee Quarterly.

  • Moderated the Non-Tariff Trade Barriers Panel Presentation during the U.S./Canadian Trade Conference in Port Huron.

  • Sponsored the June 1992 Kazakhstan - United States - Canada Trade and Joint Venture Conference in Port Huron.
